Product Delivery

All downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, Cryto Coin, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards and Bank Transfer (Indonesia). You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour and up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Product Compatibility/Updates

For themes and plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. Product support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

We are not offering support for Internet Explorer for any of our products at this moment. Product updates are available to our paid users up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description. But you can still use installed products (themes and plugins) even when your support validity expires.

Modifications

You are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check documentation page and consult is via email if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do. For modifications, we always recommend using template override method or using a separate plugin such as PHP, JS or CSS snippet plugin. Modifications made directly inside the plugin will void the support license. Our team will not be bound to offer support for customized installations.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses

We reserve the right of blocking your user account immediately if we believe that you are trying to abuse the license term or our business in any way. If you create an account on the website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Product Licensing and Usage

All of our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2 or later.

Support

Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via the contact form and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try to provide a solution via email for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core product. Theme and plugin support is offered to customers via email only. Support requests made by Tweet, Facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the contact form. If your support requires additional modification of the product then you have two options: Wait for further development of the product. Or Consult to hire us.

Anti-fraud

All of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.

Price Changes

We reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refunds

We have a customer friendly 15-day refund policy. But you can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased theme or plugin does not include. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy before you decide to buy. You can also discuss with us for features you need for your platform.

Warranty

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and option configuration of the product in the latest stable WordPress version which theme/plugin was dedicated to. We cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugin – as there are simply too many plugins to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes/plugins as we cannot guarantee deqila.id themes/plugins will work with all browser combination.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of our products are totally for demonstration purpose, you are not allowed to use them in production sites. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.

Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Product. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or any other assumption of the term. The product lifetime is not defined at the time of purchase. We reserves the right to announce the end of Lifetime of a product any time within 30 and 90 days prior notice to the Customer.
